Theater Instituut Nederland is an organization with a wide variety of facilities, resources and capacities. Some 50 people work at the Netherlands Theatre Institute, most of them on a part-time basis. Our activities are spread over five departments:

Content and organisation of exhibitions, lectures and debates, international projects, top talent, etc.

Collection and Documentation

Collection policy and management

Information

Development and management of information products, such as the multimedia documentation centre, new media and education

Marketing and Communication

Internal and external communication, fund-raising and external relations management

Management:

Finance, ICT management, human resources management and general and technical services
